About Us

Heritage In Training, Inc. (referred to as HIT hereafter) is a non-profit Christian community based organization dedicated to mentoring, training and guiding the youth of our future down a path that will socially fortify them in a positive manner, while stimulating and building them intellectually. We know and acknowledge that yesterday is a place in time that will not return tomorrow. Therefore, we cannot make any positive changes to what we should have done in the past.  Instead, we acknowledge and demonstrate the present urgency for change is today and tomorrow. 
 
We are utilizing the present to prepare for our childrens' tomorrow and for the following critical years of their growth.  This is especially true as it relates to the training and to the experiences that each child faces, such as challenges in school (i.e. peer pressure), conflicts at home and in our communities etc.  Heritage in Training, Inc. believes that the solution begins early with building and maintaining a solid foundation in a challenging society. We also acknowledge that with God, all things are possible and we  honor God in all that we do.
